Yoga is a cultural form from India of connecting with oneself through the power of movement. We bring yoga & meditation to the masses without the massive price point. Our partners for yoga without boarders include the University of Washington, Aditi Studio Wallingford, GrinningYogi, DATZA Studios, Open Flight Studio, among others.
Sound carries consciousness. Using the ancient practice of sound healing we help community members relax and connect within themselves.
The power of shared experience is critical in growth and recovery. We combine traditional activities with support circles to help our communities thrive.
Volunteers from various backgrounds in Ayurveda, addiction therapy, naturopathy come and give talks to the community on how to live more meaningful, healthy lives.
We believe in the power of change a plate of warm nutritious food can bring to one's happiness and soul. Part of our weekly programs is free food distribution.
