Wellness @ Lotus

Yoga, sound, mantra, and Ayurveda began as part of India's culture. In the West, they've largely become fitness. Here, we keep them in their traditional form.

Pay what you can on a sliding scale. Open to everyone; no experience or belief needed.

From culture, to fitness, and back.

In India, yoga, sound, chant, and Ayurveda grew up together, woven into the same music, language, food, and daily routines. As they travelled west, each was often narrowed to a single use: a workout, a relaxation track, a supplement. We teach them whole, the way they were traditionally practiced.

How each practice is often taught in the West, and how we keep it at Lotus
